Q: Can I cancel my booking?
A: Yes - please refer to our terms and conditions.
Q: Can I book for more than 8 passengers?
A: Yes it is possible for us to cater for larger groups of more than 8 passengers. Please call us to enquire
for prices and bookings.
Q: How early do I need to book my taxi?
A: We recommend you book your taxi a miniumum of 12 hours in advance on the phone. In many cases we
are able to provide vehicles on much shorter notice so please call us and check availability.
Q: Are your prices per vehicle or per person?
A: All prices are per vehicle.
Q: Are there any hidden charges?
A: No. The price you see is the price you pay. Credit card surcharges, if any, are shown upfront before you

A: Yes, we are licenced by Rushcliffe Borough Council.
Q: What types of vehicles do you use?
A: We have a range of vehicles ranging from Saloons, Estates,Executive, MPV's and MPV+ vehicles which
can cater for upto 8 passengers.

A: We cover all major Airports which include East Midlands, Manchester, Birmingham, Luton and all London
Q: Can I pay in cash?
A: Yes, please pay the driver in Pounds Sterling (£) at the end of the journey.
Q: Can I pay by credit or debit card?
A: Yes. You can use your credit or debit card to pay regardless or whether or not you have a paypal
Q: How do I find my driver from an airport, port or station?
The pick up will be from the drop and go station from all airports unless you have booked a Meet & Greet
whereby the driver will be waiting for you in the halls with a name board.
Q: Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
No, we will track your plane's progress when it is in the air. You don’t have to worry about informing us, we’ll
automatically send your car to arrive in time for when your flight lands.
Q: Will you meet us anytime of day or night?
Yes, as all bookings are pre booked we can provide a 24hr service.
Q: I paid for a journey on credit card and at a later date I got further charges. Why?
A: When you make a booking via credit card we take the payment based on the journey price quoted at the
time. If for any reason there were any amendments to the original journey, such as waiting time or an extra
drop off, these are charged separately and therefore will come up as a separate payment on your card

A: If you are interested in opening an account with us, please feel free to look through our account section
